【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the current status of compassion fatigue and professional commitment among undergraduate nursing interns and to explore their correlation. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among nursing interns from an undergraduate medical college in Hangzhou. Results:Both compassion fatigue and professional commitment were found to be at moderate levels among the nursing interns,and a correlation between the two was identified. Conclusion:Nursing administrators are advised to implement targeted strategies to alleviate compassion fatigue in order to enhance nursing interns. professional commitment.更多还原
