【Abstract】 With the rapid advancement of medical science and technology, as well as shifts in healthcare models, traditional medical education can no longer meet contemporary needs. The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine has adopted an ecological teaching model to establish a pluralistic, open, and collaborative learning environment. This model not only enhances students’ overall competencies and qualities but also fosters the concurrent development of faculty members and medical teams. By diversifying teaching subjects, creating varied educational competitions, promoting content synergy, and enriching teaching methods, the hospital has created an interactive, evolving, and optimized educational ecosystem. This model produces medical professionals with innovative thinking, solid foundations, outstanding skills, and strong medical ethics. Additionally, it has led to significant progress in faculty development, student growth, and educational innovation, thus contributing to the sustainable development of medical education.
