【摘要】 目的 构建住院患者自备药品风险评估指标体系，为临床提供有效的评估工具。方法 采用文献分析法和头脑风暴法，参考相关指南共识，形成风险评估初始量表指标池，运用德尔菲法对24名专家进行两轮函询。运用层次分析法确定各指标权重，同时进行赋值。结果 两轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%，专家权威系数为0.8708，专家意见的肯德尔协调系数在0.156～0.322(P<0.05)；最终形成的风险评估体系包括5个一级指标和36个二级指标。结论 构建的住院患者自备药品风险评估体系内容全面、科学，可进一步进行信效度检验，以验证其实际预测效能，为住院患者自备药品风险评估提供工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a risk assessment index system for inpatients’ own medications to provide a valid tool for clinical purposes.Methods The literature analysis and brainstorming were used to form a pool of indicators for the initial scale of risk assessment with reference to the consensus of relevant guidelines.Two rounds of correspondence were conducted with 24 experts using the Delphi method.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each indicator,and values were correspondingly assigned at the same time.Results The effective response rate of the 2 rounds of expert correspondence was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.8708,and the Kendall concordance coefficients of expert opinions ranged 0.156～0.322 (P<0.05);the final risk assessment system consisted of 5 primary indicators and 36 secondary indicators.Conclusion The inpatient-provided medication risk assessment system is rational and scientific,whose reliability can be further to verify the predictive efficacy in medication risk assessment.更多还原
