【摘要】 目的 筛选止痒方最优纯化方法。方法 以有效成分保留率以及药液理化性质（出膏率、电导率、透光率）为指标，分别考察高速离心法、热处理冷藏法和澄清剂吸附法对止痒方的纯化效果，以筛选最优纯化方法。结果 澄清剂吸附法为止痒方的最优纯化方法，最佳条件为：搅拌速度为600 r·min^-1，絮凝温度为50℃，澄清剂配制浓度为2%，药液浓度为0.5 g·m L^-1，澄清剂添加量为3 g·L^-1。有效成分落新妇苷保留率为94.08%，透光率为69.12%，出膏率为27.21%，电导率为7.53 mS·cm^-1。结论 采用天然澄清剂吸附法对止痒方纯化效果最好，且该法操作简单，工艺稳定，可为制剂进一步开发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the purification of antipruritic decoction.Methods The purification effect of high speed centrifugal method,heat treatment before the refrigeration method and clarifier adsorption method on the antipruritic decoction was determined according to the effective ingredient retention rate and physicochemical properties of the liquid （extract rate,conductivity and light transmittance）.The optimal purification method was selected.Results Clarifier adsorption method was the best for antipruritic decoction.The optional condition was as follows:the stirring speed was600 r·min^-1,the flocculation temperature was 50℃,the preparation concentration of clarifier was 2%,the concentration of liquid was 0.5 g·mL^-1,and the addition amount of clarifier was 3 g·L^-1.The retention rate of astilbe was 94.08%,the light transmittance was 69.12%,the extract rate was 27.21%,and the conductivity was 7.53 mS·cm^-1.Conclusion The clarifier adsorption method has the best purification,which is simple operable and stable,providing reference for further development of the preparation.更多还原
