【摘要】 以片剂或胶囊剂为代表的口服固体制剂仍然是目前药物治疗的主流形式，然而，对于某些特殊患者人群以及疾病状态，服用片剂或胶囊剂等可能面临吞咽困难、定量不准或适口性较差等问题，从而造成治疗的复杂性增加和患者服药依从性降低。细粒剂作为一种日本特有的颗粒剂种类，具有粒径小、生物利用度高、便于分装及服用、适口性更佳等优势，被广泛应用于化药及汉方制剂的剂型改良，有助于提高患者用药依从性、准确性和安全性。本文综述了细粒剂的性能特点、制备工艺与应用现状，并对其未来发展趋势进行展望，以期为相关领域的研究者提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oral solid dosage forms,represented by tablets or capsules,are still the dominant form of drugs.But for some special patient populations and diseases,the consumption of pills or capsules may trigger problems such as dysphagia,inaccurate dosing or poor palatability,which may lead to increased therapeutic complexity and decreased patient compliance to the medication.As a unique type of granules in Japan,fine granules are widely used in the dosage modification of chemical and Kampo medicine to improve compliance,accuracy,and safety of medication owing to fine particle size,high bioavailability,easy dispensing and administration,and better palatability.This paper reviewed the characteristics,preparation,current application status,and future development of fine granules,to provide references for follow researchers.更多还原
