我国基本医疗保险调剂金制度构建与探索
The construction and exploration of adjustment fund system for basic medical insurance in China
【摘要】 文章通过对国内外部分地区医疗保险调剂金制度进行梳理，旨在为尚未实行基本医保省级调剂金制度的省份制定符合其实际的基本医疗保险省级调剂金制度提供有益的参考和借鉴。
【Abstract】 In this paper,we reviewed the medical insurance adjustment fund systems in domestic and international regions,aiming to provide valuable references and insights for provinces that have not yet implemented provincial-level adjustment fund systems for basic medical insurance,thereby supporting the development of systems tailored to their specific circumstances.
