【摘要】 目的 构建“家庭医生患者信任量表”，测量患者信任水平，从居民认知和情绪体验角度反映公共政策的价值和问题。方法 通过文献法、专家咨询法、深入访谈法、专题小组讨论对量表进行编制和调整，通过问卷调查法采集数据，运用Cronbach’s α系数评价量表信度，运用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析评价量表效度。结果 正式量表包括3个维度13个条目。量表及各维度的Cronbach’s α系数均大于0.8，量表信度较好; KMO统计量0.917,Bartlett球形检验χ~2=2 655.341(df=91,P<0.001)，各项指标均符合适配标准，量表结构效度较好;各条目的因子载荷数均大于0.5，各维度的平均提取方差值AVE均大于0.5，组合信度CR大于0.8，量表的聚合效度较好;各维度相关性显著(P<0.01)，但相关性系数均小于所对应的AVE平方根，量表的区分效度较好。结论 本研究编制的“家庭医生患者信任量表”具有较强的科学性、可靠性和有效性，适用于我国国情下患者对基层医疗卫生机构家庭医生信任水平的测量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a“Family Doctor Patient Trust Scale”to assess the level of patient trust and to capture the values and challenges of public policies from the viewpoints of residents’ cognitive and emotional experiences. Methods The scale was developed and adjusted through literature review,expert consultation,in-depth interviews,and focus group discussions. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to assess the scale’s reliability,while the validity was assessed through exploratory factor analysis( EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis( CFA). Results The final scale comprises 13 items across three dimensions. The Cronbach’s α coefficients for the overall scale and its dimensions were all above 0. 8,indicating good reliability. The KMO statistic was 0. 917,and the Bartlett’s test of sphericity yielded χ~2= 2 655. 341( df = 91,P < 0. 001). All indicators met the fit criteria,indicating good structural validity of the scale. The factor loadings of all items were greater than 0. 5,the average variance extracted( AVE) for each dimension was above 0. 5,and the composite reliability( CR) was greater than 0. 8,indicating good convergent validity. The correlations among dimensions were significant( P < 0. 01),but the correlation coefficients were all less than the corresponding square roots of the AVE,indicating good discriminant validity. Conclusions The“Family Doctor Patient Trust Scale”developed in this study demonstrates strong scientific rigor,reliability,and validity,making it suitable for measuring patient trust in family doctors at primary healthcare institutions under the national circumstances of China.更多还原
