【摘要】 作为新兴数字技术,生成式人工智能(GenAI)不仅带来了技术变革,还正引发或即将引发一系列社会变革。本文从劳动分工、社会不平等、权力体系和社会文化四个方面,探究GenAI的多元社会效应。在劳动分工方面,GenAI凭借自动化重复性任务以及高效的信息整合能力,推动综合性人才培养与组织扁平化,同时或催生灵活就业形式,但也存在技术性失业风险。在社会不平等方面,GenAI对社会不平等的影响复杂且多面,它降低了信息获取门槛,促进了公平,然而也可能加剧数字鸿沟并放大既有偏见。在权力体系方面,GenAI促使知识权威去中心化,但算法权力进一步放大,技术垄断和权力集中化或重塑国内、国际竞争格局。在社会文化方面,GenAI降低了创作门槛,推动文化普及,但可能导致文化同质化、原创性削弱以及知识产权归属争议。本文强调,需结合数据导向的实证研究,从跨学科视角充分评估该技术的潜在社会影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract: As an emerging digital technology,generative artificial intelligence(GenAI) not only brings about technological changes but is also triggering or poised to trigger a series of social transformations. This article explores the multifaceted social impacts of Gen AI from four perspectives: labor division,social inequality,power systems,and social culture. In terms of labor division, Gen AI, through its ability to automate repetitive tasks and efficiently integrate information,promotes the development of comprehensive talent and organizational flattening. It may also lead to flexible employment forms, although it poses risks of technological unemployment. Regarding social inequality,Gen AI has complex and multifaceted effects. While it lowers the barriers to information access and promotes fairness,it can also widen the digital divide and amplify existing biases. In the realm of power systems, Gen AI decentralizes knowledge authority, but algorithmic power is further amplified, potentially reshaping domestic and international competitive landscapes through technological monopolies and power centralization. In the domain of social culture, Gen AI lowers the barriers to creation, promoting cultural dissemination,but it may also lead to cultural homogenization,reduced originality,and disputes over intellectual property rights. This article emphasizes the need for data-driven empirical research to comprehensively assess the potential social impacts of this technology from an interdisciplinary perspective.更多还原
