西北高寒地区低碳建筑技术应用研究

【摘要】 通过采用建筑本体节能、被动式采暖及可再生能源等技术措施,在西北高寒地区建立了一项低碳建筑示范系统。该系统在采暖期的太阳能供热系统效率为30.48%,保证率达45.75%;光伏发电系统光电转换效率为11.08%,年发电量为1750.91kWh;采用太阳能采暖的房间室内平均温度为15.3℃。此外,系统全年可再生能源供给率为52.19%,减少CO2排放5982.27kg,增量成本控制在28%以内。实践表明,通过集成应用节能技术和可再生能源实现建筑低碳的模式,在西北高寒地区具有可行性。

【Abstract】 A low-carbon building demonstration system has been established in the northwest alpine region by using technical measures such as building energy efficiency, passive heating and renewable energy. The efficiency of solar heating system in heating period is 30.48%, and the guarantee rate is 45.75%. The photovoltaic conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic power generation system is 11.08%, and the annual power generation is 1750.91 kWh. The average indoor temperature of the room with solar heating is 15.3℃. The annual renewable energy supply rate is 52.19%, with reducing CO2 emission by 5982.27 kg. The incremental cost is controlled within 28%. The model of building low carbon through integrated application of energysaving technology and renewable energy is feasible in northwest alpine ethnic areas.
