羊毛针织物的抗起毛起球整理研究

【摘要】 针对羊毛针织物在服用过程中出现的起毛起球现象,采用新型绿色环保还原剂L-半胱氨酸预处理+蛋白酶后处理进行羊毛针织物的抗起毛起球整理。结果表明:当联合整理工艺为L-半胱氨酸20%、40 min,蛋白酶4%、30 min时,毛针织物抗起毛起球等级提升0.5级,断裂强力保留率80.11%,缩水率降低18.78%;使用扫描电镜和傅立叶变换红外光谱仪分析整理前后羊毛针织物的表面形态及成分变化,结果显示,L-半胱氨酸的预处理能够促进后续蛋白酶的作用。

【Abstract】 In view of the fuzzing and pilling phenomenon of wool knitted fabrics in the use process, this paper used a new green reducing agent L-cysteine and protease to treated wool knitted fabrics to improve anti-pilling and fuzzing properties. The experimental results show that when the combined finishing process is L-cysteine 20% for40 minutes and protease 4% for 30 minutes, the anti-pilling grade of wool knitted fabric increases by 0.5 grade,the breaking strength retention rate is 80.11%, and the shrinkage rate decreases by 18.78%. Scanning electron microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were used to analyze the changes of surface morphology and composition of wool knitted fabrics before and after finishing. The results show that the pretreatment of L-cysteine can promote the role of subsequent protease.
