3C智能制造工厂的AGV智慧物料传输与调度综述

【摘要】 介绍了3C行业智能制造的发展现状与趋势,总结了3C智能制造过程中物料传输与调度的技术要求、现状问题与发展趋势。在此基础上,通过分析AGV的技术发展及其在智能工厂的应用进展,重点探讨了3C智能制造工厂中AGV物料传输与调度的关键技术,包括AGV物料传输任务数据库、路径规划、多机协同调度、动态调度管控、AGV调度管理系统等。最后,对3C智能制造工厂的AGV智慧物料传输与调度技术进行了总结和展望,提出了5G(第五代移动通信技术)+人工智能物联网(AIoT)以及高集成化的技术趋势,以促进3C制造业的数智化、高效化发展。

【Abstract】 The development statuses and trends of intelligent manufacturing in the 3C industry were introduced,and the technical requirements, current issues, and development trends of material transmission and scheduling in the 3C intelligent manufacturing process were summarized. On this basis, the technological development of AGV and its application progress in smart factories were analyzed, the key technologies of AGV material transmission and scheduling in 3C smart manufacturing factories were highlighted, which include a AGV task databases, path planning, multi-machine collaborative scheduling, dynamic scheduling and management systems. Finally, the AGV intelligent material transmission and scheduling technology of the 3C intelligent manufacturing factory were summarized. The technology trend of 5G(5th generation mobile communication technology) +AIoT(artificial intelligence & internet of things) and high integration was proposed to promote the digital-intelligence and highefficiency development of 3C manufacturing industry.
