【摘要】 推进农业低碳转型既是中国式农业现代化的内涵要义，也是中国落实减排承诺的有力支撑。本文以中国式农业现代化背景下的农业低碳转型为研究主题，通过借鉴国外经验，提出中国农业低碳转型治理路径。在对中国农业低碳转型的现状和面临的挑战进行研究的基础上，从农业碳排放的不同来源出发，对国外降低不同来源碳排放的做法进行比较分析。研究发现，提升农业低碳技术储备、加强农业经营主体在低碳转型中的决策地位以及提升农业温室气体排放监测数据质量是各国促进农业低碳转型的共同之处，也是中国改进农业低碳转型治理水平的必然路径。尤其是要重视通过农业经营主体的组织化，降低农业低碳技术推广和农业温室气体排放数据收集中的交易成本，进而提高农业低碳转型的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting agricultural low-carbon transition is both an essential aspect of Chinese-style agricultural modernization and a strong support for China’s commitment to carbon emission reduction.This study focuses on the agricultural low-carbon transition within the context of Chinese-style agricultural modernization, proposing governance pathways for China’s agricultural low-carbon transition by drawing on foreign experiences. Based on a description of the current state and challenges of China’s agricultural lowcarbon transition, the study conducts a comparative analysis of international practices in reducing carbon emissions from different agricultural sources. The research finds that enhancing the reserve of agricultural low-carbon technologies, strengthening the decision-making role of agricultural operators in the low-carbon transition, and improving the quality of agricultural greenhouse gas emission monitoring data are common practices across countries and are essential for improving China’s governance of agricultural low-carbon transition. Notably, the study emphasizes the importance of organizing agricultural operators to reduce transaction costs in the promotion of low-carbon agricultural technologies and the collection of agricultural greenhouse gas emission data, thereby improving the efficiency of the agricultural low-carbon transition.更多还原
