【摘要】 在基层治理场景中发挥家庭家教家风建设的作用是贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会精神的实践举措，也是实现基层治理体系和治理能力现代化的基础工程。家庭家教家风建设与基层治理具备主体一致性、内容包含性和理念共通性，这种内在联系是家庭家教家风建设之所以能够在基层治理中发挥作用的逻辑基础。家庭家教家风建设能够为基层治理培养高素质的治理主体、营造高品质的文化氛围、贡献高借鉴价值的家庭建设模式，因此成为基层治理现代化的必然要求。基于此，必须强化家庭作为治理主体的地位、促进家庭家教家风与基层德治的良性互动、塑造“家庭友好型社区”以优化基层治理生态，推动家庭家教家风建设在基层治理中有效发挥作用，打通以家治促社治，以社治促国治的治理通路，最终实现家治而国治的治理目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The role of family education and family culture in grass-roots governance is a practical initiative to implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the zoth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and a fundamental project to modernise the system and capacity of grass-roots governance. Family education and the construction of family culture and grass-roots governance have the consistency of content,inclusiveness of content and commonality of concepts, and this intrinsic connection is the logical basis for why family education and the construction of family culture can play a role in grass-roots governance. The construction of family education and family culture can cultivate high-quality governance issues, create a highquality cultural atmosphere, and contribute a family construction model with high reference value to grassroots governance, making the construction of family education and family culture an inevitable requirement for the modernisation of grass-roots governance.
