不同材料的二次电子发射系数研究
Research on Secondary Electron Yield of Different Materials
【摘要】 为了抑制材料表面的二次电子发射,对无氧铜、石墨/铜复合材料、碳纳米管涂层、石墨等材料的二次电子发射系数进行了研究。研究发现,相较于无氧铜,添加石墨后的铜复合材料的二次电子发射系数明显降低至少20%。碳纳米管涂层和等静压石墨的二次电子发射系数分别为0.82和0.75,可达到无氧铜的50%。离子处理后的石墨表面的二次电子发射系数可以继续降低,其二次电子发射系数最低可以达到原始态石墨的50%,约为0.35。
【Abstract】 In order to inhibit the secondary electron emission from material surface, the secondary electron yield(SEY) of different materials, such as oxygen free copper, graphite/copper composite material, carbon nanotube coating, and graphite are studied. It is found that when compared to oxygen free copper, the SEY of copper composite materials with added graphite is significantly reduced by at least 20%. The SEYs of carbon nanotube coating and graphite are 0.82 and 0.75 respectively, which are nearly 50% of that of oxygen free copper. After optimal ion treatment, the SEY of graphite can be reduced, and the lowest value of it can be reduced to about 50% of that of the original graphite, approximately 0.35.
