【摘要】 以城镇污水管网为研究对象，采用理论分析与工程案例相结合的方法，系统地探讨了管网更新改造与提质增效方面的实践。整体分析了浙江省城镇污水管网建设现状及存在的问题，为完成污水管网更新改造工作，引入了工作流程管控体系，依据“初判—水质水量检测—管网问题诊断—CCTV排查—整治”的思路，完成了片区的整治提升工作。研究表明，通过系统化的工作流程和严格的质量管控，可有效推进城镇污水管网更新改造工作，并为其他地区提供有益借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the renovation of urban sewage pipe networks as the research object, the practical exploration of urban sewage pipe networks renovation and efficiency improvement were conducted through a combination of theoretical analysis and engineering case studies. The current status and existing problems of urban sewage networks in Zhejiang Province were comprehensively analyzed. For sewage pipe networks renovation, a process control system was introduced. This system followed the methodical approach of "preliminary judgment-water quality and quantity testing-network problem diagnosis-CCTV inspection-remediation". Through this approach, area improvement work was successfully completed.Research findings demonstrated that urban sewage pipe networks renovation can be effectively advanced through systematic work processes and strict quality control. The comprehensive investigation and remediation strategies developed in this study provide valuable reference for other regions.更多还原
