立面大开洞超限高层建筑结构设计
The Structure Design of High-Rise Building with Facade Opening Hole
【摘要】 针对杭州市某立面大开洞超限高层建筑,首先对项目属于连体结构还是立面大开洞进行了判定分析;其次对立面大开洞结构的受力特点进行了描述,对北塔核心筒的延伸高度进行了比选分析,对立面开洞顶部连接的关键部位进行了楼板应力分析,同时采用基于抗震性能的分析方法,通过多种软件对结构进行了弹性、弹塑性计算,根据计算结果对不同构件的抗震性能进行了验算;最后提出了此类结构的主要加强措施。分析结果表明,结构各项指标均满足规范的要求,结构受力合理,具有良好的抗震性能,工程能满足“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”的抗震设防基本要求,可以实现预设抗震性能目标D。
【Abstract】 For a super high-rise building with large openings in the facade in Hangzhou,this paper first determines whether the project belongs to a connected structure or a facade with large openings. Then, it describes the force characteristics of the facade with large openings, compares and selects the extension height of the core tube of the north tower, analyzes the floor stress at the key connection part of the top of the facade opening, and uses the seismic performance-based analysis method to conduct elastic and elastoplastic calculations on the structure through multiple software.Based on the calculation results, the seismic performance of different components is verified. Finally, the main strengthening measures for this type of structure are proposed. The analysis results show that all the indicators of the structure meet the requirements of the code, the force of the structure is reasonable, and it has good seismic performance. The project can meet the basic requirements of seismic fortification of "no damage in minor earthquakes, repairable in moderate earthquakes, and no collapse in major earthquakes", and can achieve the preset seismic performance target D.
