何氏补肾益气活血方联合低分子肝素治疗非典型产科抗磷脂综合征所致复发性流产的临床疗效研究
Clinical efficacy of He’s Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Formula combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage due to atypical obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome
【摘要】 <正>复发性流产（recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA）是指与同一配偶连续发生2次及以上妊娠28周之前的妊娠丢失[1]。自身免疫性疾病被认为是RSA的重要致病因素之一[2]。产科抗磷脂综合征（obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome,OAPS）是一种以病理妊娠为主要临床特征，抗磷脂抗体（antiphospholipid antibodies,a PLs）持续阳性伴或不伴血栓形成的自身免疫性疾病，由其所致的流产率高达24%～60%[3-4]。
