【摘要】 学校治理是教育现代化的核心命题，目前其理论研究存在概念零散化、结构碎片化、机制分立化等系统性缺失问题。基于孙绵涛教授“教育治理”逻辑体系和学校场域的特殊性，从学校治理的逻辑起点、理论根基和范畴构元三方面构建学校治理的基本理论框架。学校治理的根本逻辑起点是育人，教育专业性、公共性与文化性是学校治理的本体论基础，利益相关者关系协调则是操作起点，三者统一于通过有效治理实现人的培养这一核心命题，并构成学校治理逻辑起点的三个递进层次。学校治理逻辑范畴的理论根基植根于马克思历史唯物主义“实践第一性”原理，其核心逻辑范畴构成“实践-制度-方法-价值”的辩证链条，契合“社会存在决定社会意识”的原理。学校治理逻辑范畴由学校治理活动、学校治理体制、学校治理机制和学校治理观念四大范畴组成，其中，学校治理活动是学校实践的起点，学校治理体制是学校内部运行的框架，学校治理机制是学校内部运行的内在逻辑，学校治理观念是学校的价值引领。四者相互作用，共同推动学校治理的持续优化。更多还原

【Abstract】 School governance stands as a core proposition in educational modernization. Presently, its theoretical research suffers from systematic deficiencies, including conceptual fragmentation, structural disconnection incoherence, and separated mechanisms. Drawing on Professor Sun Miantao’s logical system of “educational governance” and the unique characteristics of the school context, this paper constructs a basic theoretical framework for school governance from three dimensions: the logical starting point of school governance, its theoretical foundations, and the constitutive elements of its logical categories. The fundamental logical starting point of school governance lies in cultivation of people. The professionalism, public nature, and cultural attributes of education form its ontological basis, while the coordination of stakeholder relationships serves as its operational starting point. These three elements converge on realizing the cultivation of people through effective governance, constituting three progressive levels of the logical starting point of school governance. The theoretical foundation of the logical categories of school governance is rooted in the Marxist historical materialist principle of “primacy of practice”. Its core logical categories form a dialectical chain of “practice-institution-method-value”, which aligns with the principle that “social existence determines social consciousness”. The logical categories of school governance consist of four major components: school governance activities, school governance systems, school governance mechanisms, and school governance concepts. Among them, school governance activities serve as starting point of school practice; school governance systems provide the framework for internal operation; school governance mechanisms embody the inherent logic of internal operation; and school governance concepts function as value orientation.
