一种转杯纺纱机电机驱动器故障诊断新方法
A Novel Fault Diagnosis Method for Rotor Spinning Machine Motor Driver
【摘要】 为了提高转杯纺纱机运行的可靠性以及纺纱设备的自动化、智能化程度,对其电机驱动器主电路准电流源逆变器进行了故障诊断研究。当准电流源逆变器中单个开关器件发生短路故障时,三相输出电流会发生相应的变化。以a相为例,将一个周期的a相电流划分为四个区间,详细分析了a相两个开关器件在四个区间发生短路故障时三相电流的变化情况。结合开关驱动信号和三相电流变化情况,提出了一种准电流源逆变器单个开关器件短路的故障诊断方法。最后搭建了实验模型电路进行了验证,证明了提出的故障诊断方法的正确性,并给出了相应结论。
【Abstract】 To improve the operational reliability of the rotor spinning machine and enhance the automation and intelligence level of rotating equipment,a fault diagnosis study was conducted on the quasi-current-source inverter(QCSI) in the primary circuit of its motor driver. When a single switching device in the QCSI inverter experiences a short-circuit fault,the three-phase output currents will distort accordingly.Taking the current of phase-a as an example,divide the phase-a current of one cycle into four zones,and a detailed analysis is conducted on the variations in the three-phase currents when a short-circuit fault occurs in the two switching devices of phase-a during these four zones. This paper proposes a fault diagnosis method for a single switch device short-circuit fault of QCSI combining switch drive signals with the changes in the three-phase currents. Then,an experimental model circuit was constructed for verification,proving the correctness of the proposed fault diagnosis method and providing corresponding conclusions.
