基于剩余污泥陶粒对库塘面源污染控制的效果研究

【摘要】 针对水库、雨水塘径流面源污染问题,以剩余污泥制备的陶粒为基础,搭建岸带污染控制装置,研究其对径流输入污染的控制效果,基质填料挂膜成功后研究了长宽比和运行参数如水力停留时间(HRT)、微曝气量等运行条件下的处理效果对比,结果表明:陶粒填料基质挂膜周期约60天;长宽比为2:1,曝气量为11.11 m3/h·m3、HRT为15 h时污染物去除效果最佳,装置对CODCr、氨氮、总氮和总磷的去除率分别为71.25%、73.61%、54.76%、57.23%;剩余污泥烧制的陶粒污染物溶出量低、安全性较好、不易堵塞,对径流污染有一定截留和控制作用;可作为生物滞留或岸带污染控制的潜在填料。

【Abstract】 To address nonpoint source pollution from reservoir and stormwater pond runoff,a shoreline pollution control device was constructed using ceramsite prepared from excess sludge.The study investigated its effectiveness in controlling pollutant inputs from runoff.After successful biofilm formation on the substrate filler,the treatment performance was evaluated under varying aspect ratios and operational parameters,including hydraulic retention time (HRT) and micro-aeration rates.The results indicate that the biofilm formation period for the ceramsite substrate is approximately 60 days.The optimal removal efficiency is achieved with an aspect ratio of 2:1,an aeration rate of 11.11 m3/h·m3,and an HRT of 15 hours,resulting in removal rates of 71.25% for CODCr,73.61% for ammonia nitrogen,54.76% for total nitrogen (TN),and 57.23% for total phosphorus (TP).The ceramsite produced from excess sludge exhibits low pollutant leaching,good safety,and resistance to clogging,effectively intercepting and controlling runoff pollution.It shows potential as a promising substrate for bioretention or shoreline pollution control applications.
