【Abstract】 Evaluation system is an important part of graduate education, which is directly related to teaching quality and student development. However, the traditional evaluation system paid too much attention to the results of academic and examination, neglecting the comprehensive evaluation of the students. Therefore, the current situation of graduate training in chemistry and chemical engineering major was analyzed by taking the graduate training in Henan Institute of Science and Technology as an example. This paper investigates the design principle, evaluation index and implementation strategy to construct a diversified evaluation system, giving full play to the nurturing function of evaluation system, which is conducive to improving the training quality of graduate education.更多还原
