不同烟芯材料热解和释烟特性比较

【摘要】 研究针对3种不同类型与工艺制备的加热卷烟烟芯材料(稠浆法烟草薄片、挤出造粒烟草颗粒和离心造粒烟草颗粒),对其热解和释烟特性进行了系统性比较。研究发现,烟草薄片易发生燃烧,释烟速率快但总量少;离心颗粒热解稳定,释放持续性强,未出现明显燃烧;挤出颗粒在较高温度下发生部分燃烧。不同烟芯材料的热解稳定性与释烟特性差异显著,为加热不燃烧卷烟产品开发中芯材选择与加热工艺优化提供了理论支持。

【Abstract】 This study systematically compared the pyrolysis and smoke release characteristics of three different types and processes of heated cigarette core materials(thick paste tobacco flakes, extruded granulated tobacco particles, and centrifugal granulated tobacco particles). Research has found that tobacco flakes are prone to combustion, with a fast smoke release rate but a small total amount; Centrifugal particle pyrolysis is stable, with strong sustained release and no significant combustion observed; Squeezed particles undergo partial combustion at higher temperatures. The significant differences in pyrolysis stability and smoke release characteristics among different cigarette core materials provide theoretical support for the selection of core materials and optimization of heating processes in the development of non combustible cigarette products.
