油田防垢防蜡技术研究及应用现状

【摘要】 结垢、结蜡现象会严重影响油田开采效率,增加维护成本。由此,防垢防蜡技术在油田开采中的应用愈加广泛,通过剖析结垢结蜡的形成机理,总结现有技术的特性,发现合金防垢防蜡作为环保新技术具有广阔前景。针对现状,做出如下展望:(1)防蜡性能与防垢性能的机理并不完全一致,后期的研究中应在满足防垢性能的前提下对防蜡性能进行优化;(2)国内需加强防垢防蜡技术的研发,特别是合金防垢防蜡技术、量子环防垢防蜡技术等新兴技术。

【Abstract】 Scaling and waxing phenomena can seriously affect the efficiency of oilfield development and increase maintenance costs.Therefore,the application of anti-scaling and anti-wax technology in oilfield development has become increasingly widespread.By analyzing the formation mechanism of scaling and wax formation,summarizing the characteristics of the prior art,it found that alloy anti-scale and anti-wax has broad prospects as a new environmental protection technology.Based on the situation,the following prospects are made:(1) The mechanism of wax prevention performance and scale prevention performance is not completely consistent.In future research,wax prevention performance should be optimized while meeting the requirements of scale prevention performance;(2) Domestically,it is necessary to strengthen the research and development of anti-scaling and anti-wax technologies,especially emerging technologies such as alloy anti-scaling and anti-wax technologies and quantum ring anti-scaling and anti-wax technologies.
