“煤化工工艺学”教学改革探索与实践

【摘要】 煤化工产业高质量发展是保障国家能源安全、促进国民经济发展和拓宽石化原料渠道的重要举措。高水平专业人才是煤化工产业高质量发展的重要支撑,而“煤化工工艺学”是培养高水平煤化工专业人才的核心课程。立足我国煤化工产业发展实际,以煤化工产业需求为牵引,优化教学课程内容设置。以煤化工技术应用为根本,改进了课堂教学方法,通过探索“项目式教学”和改进教学考核方式,强化了教学成效。以煤化工生产实训基地为依托,通过加大工艺设计类的考核频次和比重、强化煤化工实践能力培养,有效提升了学生对煤化工技术的深层次认知和工程实践能力,显著提升学生的时代使命感。为培养理论基础扎实、实践水平良好、创新能力较强、符合煤化工企业需求的专业性人才提供了一定的教学实践借鉴经验。

【Abstract】 The high-quality development of the coal chemical industry is an important measure to ensure the security of national energy,promote the development of national economic development,and broaden the channels for petrochemical raw materials.High-level professional talents are an important support for the high-quality development of the coal chemical industry,Coal Chemical Technology is the core course for cultivating high-level coal chemical professionals.This article takes the needs of the coal chemical industry as a traction,and has optimized the content setting of teaching courses.Based on the application of coal chemical technology as the fundamental,the classroom teaching methods have been improved.By exploring "project teaching" and improving teaching assessment methods,teaching results have been strengthened.Relying on the training base of coal chemical industry,through the increase of the assessment frequency and proportion of the process design,and strengthening the training of coal chemical practice capabilities,it effectively improves students’ deep-level cognition and engineering practical ability of coal chemical technology,which has significantly improved student’s sense of mission.It provides a reference experience for cultivating professional talents with solid foundation,good practical level,strong innovation ability,and professional talent that meets the needs of coal chemical enterprises.
