低合金钢加热和冷却过程相变模型综述
Review of Phase Transformation Models for Low Alloy Steel During Heating and Cooling Processes
【摘要】 低合金钢的力学性能与加热和冷却过程中的相变行为紧密相关,而相变模型是揭示相变规律、指导工艺优化的重要工具之一。选择合适的相变模型可以预测材料在不同工艺条件下的组织演变和力学性能,从而实现对低合金钢性能的调控。通过综述加热和冷却过程的相变模型研究进展及应用,包含奥氏体化、马氏体转变、第二相溶解与析出等过程,为探究材料在不同条件下各个相的变化规律建立理论依据,同时对相变模型未来发展提出展望。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of low alloy steel are closely related to the phase transformation behavior during heating and cooling,and the phase transformation model is one of the important tools to reveal the phase transformation law and guide the process optimization.Choosing the appropriate phase transformation model can predict the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of the material under different process conditions,so as to realize the regulation of the properties of low alloy steel.By reviewing the research progress and application of phase transformation models in heating and cooling processes,including austenitizing,martensitic transformation,dissolution and precipitation of the second phase,a theoretical basis is established for exploring the variation of each phase of the material under different conditions,and the future development of phase transformation models is prospected.
