【摘要】 高职学生掌握符合数智时代需求的职业技能素养，是职业教育适应技术变革的必然要求，也是推动职业教育高质量发展和建设技能型社会的重要基础。然而，当前高职学生职业技能学习面临职业技能素养与岗位需求失配、职业技能学习方式与数智技术错位和职业技能实践与职业情感脱节的现实困境。其根源在于高职院校重“显性技能提升”轻“高阶思维塑造”导致学生职业技能学习浅层化，重“智能技术应用”轻“智能素养提升”引发人机协同智能素养缺失，以及重“职业技能培养”轻“职业情感养成”产生职业情感疏离等。据此提出人机深度融合赋能职业技能深度学习、创新职业技能学习新范式、培育人机协同的职业情感等实践进路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher vocational college students’ mastery of vocational skills and literacy that meet the needs of the digital-intelligent era is an inevitable requirement for vocational education to adapt to technological changes, and also an important foundation for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education and building a skilled society. However, at present, the vocational skill learning of higher vocational college students is faced with practical dilemmas, including the mismatch between vocational skills and literacy and job requirements, the dislocation between vocational skill learning methods and digital-intelligent technologies, and the disconnection between vocational skill practice and vocational emotions. The root causes lie in the following aspects: prioritizing “improvement of explicit skills” over “shaping of higher-order thinking” leads to the superficialization of vocational skill learning; emphasizing “application of intelligent technologies” while neglecting “improvement of intelligent literacy” results in the lack of human-machine collaborative intelligent literacy; and valuing “vocational skill cultivation” over “vocational emotion development” causes the alienation of vocational emotions. Based on this, this study puts forward practical approaches such as enabling in-depth learning of vocational skills through in-depth human-machine integration, innovating new paradigms of vocational skill learning, and cultivating vocational emotions of human-machine collaboration.更多还原
