【摘要】 高职院校作为实施职业教育的重要机构，既是职业教育的重要实践者，又是职业教育理论的生产者。高职院校职教科研不仅是实现职业教育高质量发展的内在要求，也是构建中国特色职业教育话语体系的重要途径，还是支撑和服务教育强国战略的智力基础。当前，由于办学层次不够高，特别是有组织的科研缺乏，高职院校职教科研还存在研究目标的泛化松散、研究主体的一方主导、研究组织的普遍缺失、研究内容的具象细微等一些关联性问题。高职院校要提高职教科研能力和水平，必须凝聚目标，谋划职教科研方向；多方联动，聚合职教科研力量；搭建平台，汇聚职教科研智慧；顶天立地，拓宽职教科研领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important institution for implementing vocational education, higher vocational colleges are not only important practitioners of vocational education, but also producers of vocational education theory. Vocational education research in higher vocational colleges is not only an inherent requirement for achieving high-quality development of vocational education, but also an important way to build a discourse system of vocational education with Chinese characteristics, and an intellectual foundation to support and serve the strategy of building a strong education country. Currently, due to the insufficient level of education, especially the lack of organized scientific research, vocational education research in higher vocational colleges still face some related problems such as loose generalization of research objectives, one-sided dominance of research subjects, widespread lack of research organizations, and concrete and subtle research content.
