【摘要】 为系统地掌握新中国成立以来农村体育政策，选取1949-2022年的68件政策，运用政策工具理论和量化分析法，分6个时期对其文本特征、演进历程及其与乡村振兴的结合度进行了分析。结果显示，我国农村体育政策工具运用形成了供给型偏好；环境型较为稳定；需求型政策最少。农村体育政策工具总量呈逐渐增加的趋势，供给型占比呈下降趋势；环境型占比较为稳定；需求型占比呈上升趋势。农村体育政策工具与乡村振兴结合逐渐紧密，在促进治理有效和乡风文明方面的作用较为突出。今后应推进农村体育政策法制化和制度化，优化农村体育政策工具内部结构，拓展农村体育政策功能，加强农村体育政策的监督和评价，促进新时代农村体育更好地发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to systematically grasp the rural sports policies since the founding of new China, using the policy tool theory and method of quantitative, select 68 policies in 1949-2022 years to analyze their text characteristics, evolution process, and combination with rural revitalization.The results show that rural sports policy tools have formed a supply type preference, environment policy type is stable; demand policy type is the least.The total amount of rural sports policy tools is increasing gradually, the proportion of supply is decreasing; the environment is stable, and ther are the demand is increasing.The policy tools of rural sports are gradually closely combined with rural revitalization, they are more prominent in promoting the effective governance and rural civilization.In the future, we should promote the legalization and institutionalization of rural sports policy, optimize the internal structure of rural sports policy tools, expand the function of rural sports policy, strengthen the supervision and evaluation of rural sports policy to promote the better development of rural sports in the new era.更多还原
