【摘要】 在现代职业教育服务产业高质量发展过程中，高职院校技术服务能力是促进产教融合的助推器，也是提升人才培养适配度、服务区域经济发展、彰显职业教育类型特色的关键引擎。因此，如何提升高职院校技术服务质效是亟待解决的现实问题。在对高职院校技术服务内涵进行界定，以及山东省高职院校技术服务发展现状分析的基础上，基于TOE框架识别并探究技术、组织、环境对高职院校技术服务能力的影响，同时提出高职院校技术服务能力提升对策建议，以期为高职院校在产业升级转型过程中提升技术服务能力提供理论依据和实践参考，进一步深化产教融合、科教融汇。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of modern vocational education serving the high-quality industry development, the technical service capabilities of higher vocational colleges serve as a booster for promoting the integration of education and industry, and are also the key engine for enhancing the adaptability of talent cultivation, serving regional economic development, and highlighting the type characteristics of vocational education. Therefore, how to improve the quality and efficiency of technical services provided by higher vocational colleges is a pressing and urgent issue that needs to be addressed. Based on the definition of the connotation definition of technical services in higher vocational colleges and the analysis of the current situation of technical service development in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province, this study identifies and explores the influences of technology, organization and environment on the technical service capabilities of higher vocational colleges through the TOE framework.
