贮藏方式对芡实种子萌发和耐盐碱能力的影响

【摘要】 芡实作为典型的湿地植物具有重要的生态价值和经济价值,有性繁殖是繁育芡实的有效方式,而温度和湿度是影响种子发育及休眠的重要因素,本研究通过控制模拟实验,结合植物生理生态指标可溶性糖、丙二醛等,分析常温干藏、常温沙藏、低温干藏、低温沙藏及冷冻贮藏共5种贮藏方式下,芡实种子的性状变化及幼苗的耐盐碱特征,以期筛选出最优的种子贮藏方式。结果表明,芡实种子在低温沙藏方式下可溶性糖含量和丙二醛含量均最高,分别是3.81%,0.75μmol/g。沙藏可调控芡实种子储存环境的湿度条件进而显著影响种子的萌发质量,温度对种子储存物质的能力具有一定影响;低温沙藏下芡实种子发芽势随着盐碱胁迫强度的升高而下降。短期贮藏下,仅低温沙藏处理的种子在各盐碱胁迫梯度下都有一定的萌发率,低温沙藏的芡实种子种皮透性发生改变,淀粉转化为可溶性糖,丙二醛含量的升高,为种子在不同盐碱生境条件下的萌发和生长创造了有利条件。通过种子的有性繁殖,低温沙藏是芡实最适宜的短期储藏方式。

【Abstract】 The Euryale ferox seed as a typical wetland plant, has important ecological value and economic value. Sexual reproduction is an effective way to breed Euryale ferox seeds, while temperature and humidity were important factors affecting seed development and dormancy. In this study, under a total of 5 storage methodsnormal temperature dry storage, normal temperature sand storage, low temperature dry storage, low temperature sand storage and freezing through controlled simulation experiments and combined with plant physiological and ecological indicators such as soluble sugar and malondialdehyde, Euryale ferox seed character changes and seedling saline-alkali tolerance characteristics were analysed, in order to screen out the best seed storage methods. The results showed that the soluble sugar content and malondialdehyde content of Euryale ferox seed were the highest under low temperature sand storage, which were 3.81% and 0.75 μmol/g, respectively. Sand storage could regulate the humidity conditions of the seed storage environment of Euryale ferox seed, which significantly affected the germination quality of seeds, and temperature had a certain effect on the storage capacity of seeds. The germination potential of Euryale ferox seed under low temperature sand deposit decreased with the increase of salt and alkali stress intensity. Under short-term storage, seeds only treated with low temperature sand storage had a certain germination rate under various saline-alkali stress gradients. The seed skin permeability of Euryale ferox seed in low temperature sand storage changed, starch was transformed into soluble sugar, and the content of malondialdehyde increased, which created favorable conditions for seed germination and growth in different saline-alkali habitats. Through the sexual reproduction of seeds, low temperature sand storage was the most suitable short-term storage method.
