【摘要】 代际合作育儿是当前城市家庭育儿的重要形式，其中以婆媳关系为核心的代际合作育儿呈现出独特的冲突类型与协商机制。受文化差异、情感基础薄弱及权力博弈等因素影响，婆媳在儿童生活照料、道德教育和身体照料等方面易产生冲突。然而，育儿文化互喻为双方创造协商空间，形成了沟通式合作育儿与让步式合作育儿两种成功协商方式，以及未能完全协商成功的对立式合作育儿方式。总体而言，婆媳合作育儿中的冲突与协商反映了传统观念与现代价值观在家庭场域中的碰撞与调适。应通过普及科学育儿知识、构建普惠幼儿托育体系、完善育儿支持政策、倡导父职参与等方式促进家庭构建和谐的婆媳育儿氛围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intergenerational co-parenting, particularly between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law, reflects the clash and adaptation of traditional and modern values in urban Chinese families.Influenced by cultural differences, weak emotional foundations, and power struggles, conflicts often arise between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law in areas such as children’s daily care, moral education, and physical care.However, the mutual metaphor of parenting cultures creates negotiation spaces for both parties, resulting in two successful negotiation methods: communicative cooperative parenting and concessive cooperative parenting, as well as the confrontational cooperative parenting method where complete negotiation is not achieved.Overall, the conflicts and negotiations in intergenerational cooperative parenting between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law reflect the collision and adaptation of traditional concepts and modern values in the family domain.To promote the construction of a harmonious parenting atmosphere between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law, measures such as popularizing scientific parenting knowledge, establishing a universal infant care system, improving parenting support policies, and advocating for paternal involvement should be taken.更多还原
