【摘要】 本文以中国热带农业科学院热带作物品种资源研究所（以下简称“品资所”）为例,应用回归分析方法,研究品资所基本科研业务费创新管理对项目绩效的影响。通过对2019—2024年基本科研业务费投入及项目绩效数据的整理和分析,建立线性回归模型,探讨基本科研业务费投入与项目绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明,基本科研业务费的投入对项目绩效有显著正向影响,并且这种影响在不同年份间存在差异。本文进一步分析影响项目绩效的其他因素,提出优化基本科研业务费管理和使用的策略,以期为其他科研机构提供有益参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the Institute of Plant Resources(hereinafter referred to as "the Institute") as an example, this paper studies the impact of innovative management of basic scientific research funds on project performance using regression analysis. By sorting out and analyzing the data on the investment of basic scientific research funds and project performance of the Institute from 2019 to 2024, a linear regression model is established to explore the relationship between the investment of basic scientific research funds and project performance. The research results show that the investment of basic scientific research funds has a significant positive impact on project performance, and this impact varies across different years. Furthermore, this paper analyzes other factors that affect project performance and proposes strategies to optimize the management and use of basic scientific research funds, providing useful references for scientific research institutions.更多还原
