【摘要】 高校异地科研机构是高校与地方政府在校区外合作设立的，主要承担科学研究、科技成果转化、企业孵化、社会服务等任务的研究机构，既是高校科技创新体系的组成部分，也是高校开展成果转化的重要载体，又是链接创新端与产业端的重要环节。当前，异地科研机构的发展备受关注，并已取得一定进展。整体而言，异地科研机构建设仍处于探索阶段，如何进一步实现现有和后续各高校异地科研机构的可持续发展，实现政产学研用合作模式的创新仍值得探究。本文从异地科研机构的历史沿革和发展现状出发，立足异地科研机构在国家创新体系建设中作用的发挥，分析异地科研机构建设过程中面临的挑战与困难，结合电子科技大学的实践经验提出具有针对性的对策建议，以期为高校异地科研机构的健康、可持续发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Remote research institutions in universities are established through cooperation between universities and local governments outside of campus,research institutions that mainly undertake tasks such as scientific research,technology transfer,enterprise incubation,and social services,it is a component of the scientific and technological innovation system in universities,it is an important link between the innovation end and the industry end.Currently,the development of research institutions in different regions has attracted much attention and has made certain progress in construction.Overall,the construction of remote research institutions is still under exploration,how to further achieve sustainable development of existing and future research and development institutions in different locations of universities,there are still many issues worth exploring in the innovation of the cooperation model between government,industry,academia,research and application.Starting from the historical evolution and current development status of research institutions in different regions,based on the role of remote research institutions in the construction of the national innovation system,analyzing the challenges and difficulties faced in the construction of research institutions in different regions,Based on the practical experience of the University of Electronic Science and Technology,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,to provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of our university ’s remote research institutions.更多还原
