【摘要】 目的 探究医养结合养老模式在老年冠心病患者中的应用价值。方法 选择2020年10月—2023年10月丰县人民医院急诊医学科老年冠心病患者80例，随机分为观察组(医养结合)和对照组(常规养老模式)，每组40例。比较分析两组的心功能指标评分、生活质量、养老模式满意度、生理应激反应、遵医行为、自护能力等。结果 观察组左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心房内径(LAD)低于对照组，左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组总满意率(95.00%)高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05)；观察组心理应激指标低于对照组，干预后观察组遵医行为、自护能力水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对老年冠心病患者采用医养结合养老模式干预，有助于改善其心功能指标和生理应激反应，提升老年冠心病患者对养老模式满意率，有助于其生活质量水平、遵医行为、自护能力水平提升，适合在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and observe application value of active implementation of medical elderly nursing model for elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The study period was selected from October 2020 to October 2023, involving 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the Emergency Medicine Department of Feng County People’s Hospital. They were randomly divided into an observation group(medical-care integration) and a control group(conventional elderly care model), with 40 cases in each group. Comparative analyses were conducted on cardiac function indicators, quality of life, satisfaction with the elderly care model, physiological stress responses, medication adherence, and self-care abilities.Results The observation group showed lower LVESD and LAD values, as well as higher LVEF and LVEDD values, compared to the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate in the observation group(95.00%) was higher than that in the control group(70.00%)(P< 0.05). Psychological stress indicators were lower in the observation group than in the control group. After the intervention, the observation group exhibited higher levels of medication adherence and self-care ability compared to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with coronary heart disease, adopting a combination of medical care and elderly care model intervention can help improve their cardiac function indicators and physiological stress responses, increase their satisfaction with the elderly care model, improve their quality of life, and enhance their compliance with medical treatment and self-care ability.
