【摘要】 目的 研究国内“互联网+健康管理”领域的研究热点和未来发展趋势，为该领域研究提供参考，以促进“互联网+健康管理”的可持续推进和良好发展。方法 利用CNKI数据库检索中文文献，检索与“互联网+健康管理”相关且来源类别分别为“北大核心”“CSSCI”“AMI期刊”的文献，借助CiteSpace软件绘制发文量、高频关键词、时间线图、突现词以及研究机构等可视化图谱。结果 纳入文献219篇，发文量自2015年后，呈整体上升趋势；突现词为慢病管理、医防融合以及老年人；研究机构排名前两位的是南京中医药大学经济管理学院和国家卫生健康委卫生发展研究中心。结论 2022—2023年突现词的出现提示未来研究热点集中在互联网背景下，常见慢性病的预防与治疗研究，针对老年人群的“互联网+健康管理”举措以及“互联网+健康管理”在医联体中的应用；此外对医防融合可进行深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the research hotspots and future development trends in the field of "Internet + health management" in China,and strive to provide reference research for this field,so as to promote the sustainable advancement and good development of "Internet + health management".Methods CNKI database was used to search Chinese literature,and literature related to "Internet + health management" and source categories were respectively "Peking University Core" and "CSSCI".CiteSpace software was used to map the number of published papers,high-frequency keywords,time graphs,outburst words and research institutions.Results 219 literatures were included,and the number of published papers showed an overall increasing trend since 2015.The salient words are chronic disease management,integration of medicine and prevention and the elderly;The top two research institutions are the School of Economics and Management of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and the Health Development Research Center of the National Health Commission.Conclusion The emergence of emergent words in the past two years suggests that future research focuses on the prevention and treatment of common chronic diseases under the background of the Internet,the initiative of "Internet + health management" for the elderly population and the application of "Internet + health management" in the medical association.In addition,the fusion with medical prevention can be further studied.更多还原
