【摘要】 目的 观察中药调配精准化实践对临床疗效的影响。方法 选取2022年10月—2024年12月在某中医医院就诊的100例患者为研究对象，并采用随机数字表法分为实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组接受传统中药治疗，实验组接受中药调配精准化实践。两组患者均接受为期4周的治疗，并对其治疗效果进行评估。主要评估指标包括临床疗效评估，通过疼痛或不适评分、消化功能评分及睡眠质量评分进行中医证候积分评价，并详细记录治疗过程中不良事件的发生情况。结果 治疗后，实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者的中医证候积分较治疗前显著下降，其中疼痛或不适评分、消化功能评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。同时，实验组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药调配精准化实践能有效提高临床疗效，改善患者疼痛、不适、消化功能及睡眠质量，同时降低不良反应发生率，具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of precise practice of TCM dispensing on clinical efficacy,and to explore its advantages in improving patients’ symptoms and reducing adverse reactions.Methods 100 patients treated in a TCM hospital from October 2022 to December 2024 were selected and divided into experimental group (n=50) and control group (n=50) by random number table method.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and the experimental group received accurate practice of Chinese medicine allocation.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks to evaluate the therapeutic effect.The main outcome measures included clinical efficacy evaluation,TCM syndrome score evaluation using pain or discomfort score,digestive function score and sleep quality score,and the occurrence of adverse events during treatment were recorded.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment.The scores of pain or discomfort,digestive function and sleep quality were all lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The accurate practice of TCM dispensing can effectively improve clinical efficacy,improve patients’ pain,discomfort,digestive function and sleep quality,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which has high clinical application value.更多还原
