【摘要】 目的 观察蠲痹汤加减联合英夫利昔单抗治疗老年类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效及炎症因子情况。方法 将2020年1月—2022年12月新干县中医院收治的64例老年RA患者随机分为中药组和对照组，每组32例患者。其中，对照组予英夫利昔单抗治疗，中药组额外予蠲痹汤加减治疗，比较两组患者的疗效，中医证候积分、炎症因子以及不良反应发生率。结果 中药组有效率93.75%，显著高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)；治疗后，麻木、肿痛、晨僵证候积分比较，中药组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素(IL)-37、IL-6、C反应蛋白(CRP)比较，中药组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；中药组不良反应发生率9.38%略高于对照组6.25%，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 蠲痹汤联合英夫利昔单抗治疗老年RA效果较佳，可显著改善患者中医症候及，降低炎症因子，且用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and inflammatory factors of Juanbi Decoction combined with infliximab in the treatment of elderly rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods 64 elderly patients with RA treated in Xingan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with infliximab,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Juanbi decoction to compare the efficacy,symptom scores and inflammatory factors.Results The effective rate of TCM group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that of control group 75.00% (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of numbness,swelling pain and morning stiffness were significantly lower in TCM group than in control group (P<0.05).After treatment,tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α),interleukin-37,IL-6 and C-reactive protein (CRP) in Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in TCM group was 9.38%,slightly higher than that in control group 6.25%,but the difference was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Juanbi Decoction combined with infliximab is effective in the treatment of elderly RA patients,which can significantly improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and reduce inflammatory factors,and the drug is safe.更多还原
