【摘要】 目的 探讨叙事案例教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科护理临床见习中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年1—12月在本院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科进行护理临床见习的120名本科护理专业学生作为研究对象，随机将其分为实验组与对照组，每组60名。对照组采用传统教学法，实验组采用叙事案例教学法。通过理论考试、人文关怀素养评估、学生满意度调查等方式评估教学效果。结果 实验组学生的理论考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组在人文关怀素养各维度(认知、耐心、勇气)上的评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组学生的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 叙事案例教学法能有效提升耳鼻咽喉头颈外科护理临床见习的教学质量，提高学生的综合能力，值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of narrative case teaching method in clinical probation of otolaryngology head and neck surgery nursing. Methods A total of 120 undergraduate nursing students were selected as the study subjects from January to December 2024 in the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery of our hospital, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group adopted the narrative case teaching method. The teaching effect was evaluated by means of theory examination, humanistic care accomplishment and student satisfaction survey. Results The test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The scores and total scores of cognition, patience and courage of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 91.67%, higher than that of the control group 78.33%(P<0.05). Conclusion Narrative case teaching method can effectively improve the teaching quality of clinical probation in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery nursing, improve the comprehensive ability of students, and is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
