【摘要】 目的 探讨脂餐联合饮水方案对改善静息心肌灌注显像下壁伪影的效果。方法 选取2023年6—12月于本院行心肌灌注显像的149例患者的临床资料及静息心肌灌注显像资料，按照显像准备方法分为脂餐联合饮水(50例)及单纯脂餐(99例)两组。对两组患者心肌下壁伪影采用视觉评分法进行评分，并对下壁图像质量进行评价。比较两组患者临床基本情况及静息心肌灌注显像下壁伪影视觉评分、下壁图像质量。结果 两组患者临床基线指标未发现显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组静息心肌灌注显像下壁伪影视觉评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脂餐+饮水组患者下壁图像质量较好比率为80.0%，较脂餐组患者(61.66%)更高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在进行静息心肌灌注显像图像采集之前，采用脂肪餐与水合准备的联合方案，能够显著减少下壁伪影，从而提升心脏下壁区域图像的清晰度。该联合方法有助于为临床提供更为优质的灌注图像，进而增强诊断的精确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study evaluates the effect of a fatty meal combined with drinking preparation on reducing lower wall artifacts and improving image quality in resting myocardial perfusion imaging.Materials and Methods A retrospective analysis of 149 patients who underwent myocardial perfusion imaging was performed.Patients were divided into two groups:one receiving a fatty meal with drinking preparation,and the other receiving only the fatty meal.Baseline characteristics and imaging outcomes,including lower wall artifact scores and image quality,were compared.Results No significant differences in baseline characteristics were found between the two groups.The combined fatty meal and drinking preparation group showed a greater reduction in lower wall artifact radioactivity and improved image quality compared to the fatty meal-only group.Conclusion A fatty meal combined with drinking preparation before myocardial perfusion imaging reduces lower wall artifact radioactivity and improves image quality,potentially enhancing diagnostic accuracy.更多还原
