【摘要】 目的 探讨行脊柱手术治疗的老年患者实施耳穴压豆联合右美托咪定治疗对其术后谵妄发生率与睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取2023年6月—2024年6月湖南中医药大学第二附属医院收治的100例行脊柱手术治疗的老年患者，采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组包含50例行脊柱手术治疗的老年患者。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用耳穴压豆联合右美托咪定治疗，对两组的谵妄发生情况、睡眠质量、心理状态、疼痛情况予以比较。结果 术后3 d，观察组谵妄发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分比较，观察组和对照组治疗后相比于治疗前均降低，且观察组更低(P<0.05)。相比于治疗前，观察组和对照组治疗后的心理状态评分均降低，且观察组更低(P<0.05)。相比于治疗前，两组治疗后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低，且观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论 行脊柱手术治疗的老年患者予以耳穴压豆联合右美托咪定治疗，可降低患者术后谵妄发生率，缓解患者疼痛，还可改善其心理状态和睡眠质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of ear acupressure combined with dexmedetomidine on the incidence of postoperative delirium and sleep quality in elderly patients undergoing spinal surgery.Methods The participants were 100 elderly patients treated with spinal surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to June 2024.The patients were divided into 2 groups by random digit table,each containing 50 elderly patients treated with spinal surgery.The control group was given routine treatment,the combination of ear point pressing beans and dexmedetomidine treatment used in the observation group,the two groups of delirium,sleep quality,psychological status,pain were compared.Results Compare to the control group (38.00%),in the observation group(14.00%),the incidence of delirium was lower (P<0.05).After treatment,in both groups than before treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores were lower,compare to the control group,the observation group has statistical significance (P<0.05).After treatment,in both groups than before treatment,the scores of psychological status were lower,compare to the control group,the observation group has statistical significance (P<0.05).The visual analog scale (VAS) scores before treatment were in the observation group and control group,respectively,and after treatment.After treatment,in both groups than before treatment,the VAS scores were lower after treatment,compare to the control group,the observation group was lower (P<0.05).Conclusion Ear acupressure combined with dexmedetomidine can reduce the incidence of postoperative delirium,alleviate pain,and improve psychological status and sleep quality in elderly patients undergoing spinal surgery.更多还原
