【摘要】 目的 讨论不同方式的无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气患者的效果。方法 选取2022年6月—2023年8月在本医院治疗的96例腹股沟疝气患者作为研究对象。按照随机化分配原则，将其分为对照组和观察组，每组48例。对照组采用平片无张力疝修补手术治疗，观察组采用腹腔镜无张力疝修补术治疗。比较两组患者的手术指标、并发症发生率以及手术有效率。结果 治疗后，观察组手术时间、术后恢复时短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组手术总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于腹股沟疝患者，采用腹腔镜疝修补术，不仅改善了手术指标，还有效地减轻了术后疼痛，降低术后并发症发生率，值得在临床实践中广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application value of different tension-free herniorrhaphy in patients with inguinal hernia. Methods In this study, 96 patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from June 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research object. According to the principle of random distribution, they were divided into control group and observation group with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with plain tension-free hernia repair, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair. The operative indexes, the incidence of complications and the operative efficiency of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the observation group had shorter surgical time and postoperative recovery time compared to the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P< 0.05); The total effective rate of surgery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion For patients with inguinal hernia, laparoscopic hernia repair not only improves surgical indicators, but also effectively reduces postoperative pain and lowers the incidence of postoperative complications.
