求解装配线重构与调度集成问题的协作进化算法

【摘要】 现有装配线重构与调度问题多采用分阶段的方法,易陷入局部最优,因此有必要研究装配线重构与调度的集成问题。首先,建立了描述复杂工程信息的数据结构;然后,针对集成两个阶段的多目标优化问题,提出了协作进化算法框架。在装配线重构阶段,以最小化重构成本为目标,设计了5个邻域结构,并运用变邻域搜索优化工作站的资源与工序分配;在调度阶段,以最小化最大完工时间为目标,设计了5个邻域结构,通过变邻域搜索优化产品生产序列;最后,计算实验表明,该算法的收敛性优于传统的多目标进化算法。

【Abstract】 The existing assembly line reconfiguring problem and scheduling problem mostly adopt a phased approach, which is prone to falling into local optima. Therefore, it is necessary to study the integrated assembly line reconfiguring and scheduling problem. Firstly, data structures are established to describe complex engineering information. Then, a collaborative evolutionary algorithm framework is proposed for the multi-objective optimization problem integrating the two phases. In the assembly line reconfiguration phase, aiming to minimize the reconfiguration costs, five neighborhood structures is designed and variable neighborhood search is utilized to optimize the resources and processes allocation of stations; in the scheduling phase, aiming to minimize the makespan, five neighborhood structures is designed and variable neighborhood search is employed to optimize the production sequence of products. Finally, computational experiments show that the convergence of this algorithm is superior to traditional multi-objective evolutionary algorithms.
