精密气浮静压转台气浮润滑支承静态性能研究
Research on the Static Performance of Air Floatation Lubrication Support for Precision Air Floatation Static Pressure Rotary Table
【摘要】 为探究气浮静压转台支承系统的静态性能,设计了一种由带浅腔的空气静压止推轴承支撑的精密气浮静压转台。以转台内上空气静压止推轴承为例,结合数值仿真软件与流体润滑理论进行了三维数值仿真计算,研究供气压强、节流孔分布圆半径、节流孔直径以及浅腔直径和深度对转台上空气静压止推轴承静态性能的影响。结果表明,增大供气压强能够显著提升空气静压止推轴承的承载与刚度;节流孔分布圆半径对空气静压止推轴承静态性能影响较小,随着节流孔分布圆半径的改变,其承载力与刚度无明显变化;节流孔孔径对承载刚度影响较为明显,随着孔径的增大最大刚度减小39%;浅腔直径与深度的改变对空气静压止推轴承静态性能均有明显影响。
【Abstract】 To investigate the static performance of the aerostatic bearing support system in air-bearing turntables, a precision air-bearing turntable supported by an aerostatic thrust bearing with a shallow cavity was designed. Taking the aerostatic thrust bearing inside the turntable as an example, three-dimensional numerical simulations were conducted using fluid lubrication theory and numerical simulation software. The effects of supply pressure, distribution radius of the throttle orifices, diameter of the throttle orifices, as well as the diameter and depth of the shallow cavity on the static performance of the aerostatic thrust bearing were studied. The results indicate that increasing the supply pressure significantly enhances the load capacity and stiffness of the aerostatic thrust bearing; the distribution radius of the throttle orifices has a minor impact on the static performance, with no significant changes in load capacity and stiffness observed as the distribution radius varies; the diameter of the throttle orifices noticeably affects the load stiffness, with a 39% reduction in maximum stiffness as the diameter increases; changes in both the diameter and depth of the shallow cavity have a significant impact on the static performance of the aerostatic thrust bearing.
