球轴承外圈沟道磨削圆度误差分析与仿真
Roundness Error Analysis and Simulation of Ball Bearing Outer Ring Raceway Grinding
【摘要】 为了对球轴承外圈沟道动态成圆过程进行真实有效的数值仿真以及对沟道的最终圆度进行科学合理的预测,建立了一种考虑工件和砂轮中心位置变化的外圈沟道动态成圆模型。首先,分析了沟道磨削过程中由于轴承外圆几何误差引起的中心位移以及砂轮径向跳动误差,基于砂轮不平衡和磨削力变化建立了磨削系统的动力学方程;然后,综合考虑沟道磨削过程中砂轮与沟道的相互耦合作用、砂轮磨损和几何变形关系建立了沟道磨削动态成圆模型;最后,对沟道成圆进行了数值仿真,为有效预测外圈沟道磨削圆度提供了可靠的分析方法。通过同步仿真与试验参数,进行了多工况角接触球轴承外圈沟道磨削试验,试验结果证实了所提出的外圈沟道磨削圆度预测模型的合理性。
【Abstract】 To perform a real and effective numerical simulation of the dynamic forming process of the outer ring raceway of a ball bearing and make a scientific and reasonable prediction of the final roundness of the raceway, a dynamic forming model of the outer ring raceway considering the change in the center position of the workpiece and the grinding wheel was established. First, the center displacement caused by the geometric error of the outer circle of the bearing and the radial runout error of the grinding wheel during the grinding process were analyzed. The dynamic equation of the grinding system was established based on the imbalance of the grinding wheel and change in the grinding force. Then, considering the mutual coupling between the grinding wheel and the channel and the relationship between the grinding wheel wear and the geometric deformation, the dynamic rounding model of the channel grinding was established. Finally, a numerical simulation of the channel rounding was performed, which provides a reliable analysis method for effectively predicting the roundness of outer ring channel grinding. Through synchronous simulation and test parameters, an outer ring raceway grinding test of angular contact ball bearings under multiple working conditions was performed. The test results confirm the rationality of the proposed outer-ring raceway grinding roundness prediction model.
