粉末冶金材料零件刀具优选试验研究
Experimental Study on Tool Optimization of Powder Metallurgy Material Parts
【摘要】 由于粉末冶金特殊的成型工艺及材料特性,呈现出切削加工性差及表面质量可控性差等问题,特别是刀具的适配问题是亟待解决的难点之一。针对汽车发动机粉末冶金气门导管质量可控性差等难题,选用气门导管用粉末冶金材料FM-G15A,通过设计切削加工实验,选用多项评价指标并对比所选3种刀具耐用度及加工表面质量,分析刀具在不同加工参数下的优势,提出合适的解决方案,指导粉末冶金导管孔的高质高效生产加工。
【Abstract】 Due to the forming process and material properties of powder metallurgy, poor machinability and poor controllability of surface quality, in particular, the tool adaptation is one of the difficulties to be solved urgently. Aiming at the problem of poor quality controllability of automobile engine powder metallurgy valve stem guide hole, FM-G15A is selected. Through the design of cutting experiment, a number of evaluation indexes are selected and the durability and surface quality of the selected three tools are compared. The advantages of the tool under different processing parameters are analyzed, and the appropriate solutions are put forward to guide the high-quality and efficient production and processing of powder metallurgy valve stem guide hole.
