薄膜天线可展机构动力学及张拉膜面形貌分析

【摘要】 针对航天技术发展对天线所提出的大口径和高精度的任务需求。提出一种薄膜天线可展机构,该机构能够有效提高天线的整体收纳性能并扩大天线的口径。首先,基于Adams软件对该机构进行动力学仿真分析,验证了该机构展开的可行性;其次,提出一种针对张拉膜角区域在角点力作用下的薄膜褶皱数值分析方法,可以用于张拉薄膜的膜面精度分析;最后,对薄膜天线的展开机构搭建原理样机并进行地面试验,进一步验证了所设计剪叉式环型桁架可展机构的可行性。

【Abstract】 To address the task requirements of large aperture and high precision for the antenna proposed by the development of aerospace technology. A membrane antenna deployable mechanism is proposed, which can effectively improve the overall storage performance of the antenna and expand the aperture of the antenna. Firstly, based on Adams software, the dynamic simulation analysis of the mechanism is carried out to verify the feasibility of the mechanism. Secondly, a numerical analysis method of membrane wrinkles under the action of corner force in the corner area of tensioned membrane is proposed, which can be used to analyze the membrane surface accuracy of tensioned membrane. Finally, the principle prototype of the deployable mechanism of the membrane antenna is built and the ground test is carried out, which further verifies the feasibility of the designed scissor-type ring truss deployable mechanism.
