【摘要】 目的 分析基于全生命周期理念构建的护理人文关怀课程的应用效果。方法 采用便利抽样法，选取4所院校的144名护理学本科学生作为研究对象，基于护理人文关怀线上课程资源，开展课程线上线下混合式教学，在课程教学前后分别测评学生的人文关怀品质和人文关怀能力，通过访谈了解学生的学习体验及对课程优化的建议。结果 课程有效地提升了学生的人文关怀品质（Z=2.850,P=0.004）和人文关怀能力（Z=3.097,P=0.002）；学生在课程参与的过程中收获了积极的学习体验，对护士在全生命周期护理中所需要的综合能力有一定的思考和感悟，提出了进一步增加实践学时、创新实践教学模式的改进建议。结论 基于全生命周期理念构建的护理人文关怀课程能够有效提升护理本科生的人文关怀品质和能力，可进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of Nursing Humanistic Care course constructed based on the concept of whole life cycle. Methods Using convenience sampling method,144 students from four nursing undergraduate colleges and universities were selected as the study subjects. The course online-offline blended teaching was carried out based on the nursing humanistic care online course resources. Students’ humanistic caring quality and humanistic caring ability were measured before and after the course teaching. In addition,interviews with students were conducted to explore their learning experience and suggestions for course optimization. Results The course effectively improved students’ humanistic caring quality(Z =2.850,P =0.004) and humanistic caring competence(Z=3.097,P=0.002). Students gained a positive learning experience during course participation,had some thoughts and feelings about the comprehensive competence required by nurses in whole-life-cycle nursing. They suggested increasing the practice hours and innovating teaching mode for further improvements. Conclusion The Nursing Humanistic Care course constructed based on the concept of whole life cycle can effectively improve the quality and ability of humanistic care of nursing undergraduates,and can be further promoted and applied.更多还原
