【摘要】 总结1例短肠综合征患儿在超声引导下经胸壁段腋静脉置入PICC的护理经验。护理要点：置管前全面评估患儿的血管条件，联合多学科团队确定胸壁段腋静脉为穿刺途径并评估其安全性与可行性；置管中实施镇静镇痛、规范体位摆放及精准操作；置管后做好穿刺点维护与导管固定，通过游戏课程、阶梯式活动、家庭管理日历及定制导管保护背心等，保障导管护理安全。出院后随访，导管已使用9个月，仍处于功能状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 To summarize the nursing experience of a child with short bowel syndrome who underwent ultrasound guided PICC placement via the thoracic segment of the axillary vein. Key nursing interventions included:a comprehensive pre-procedural assessment of the child’s vascular condition,multidisciplinary team collaboration to confirm the thoracic axillary vein as the puncture site and evaluate its safety and feasibility;implementation of sedation and analgesia,standardized positioning,and precise procedural techniques during catheter placement;meticulous puncture site care and secure catheter fixation post insertion;the development of personalized protection strategies,including play based education,stepwise activity progression,a home management calendar,and a customized catheter protective vest to ensure safe home care. Following up to date shows that the catheter remains functional after 9 months of use.更多还原
