【摘要】 总结1例心脏移植术后并发下肢侵袭性镰刀菌感染患者的护理体会。护理要点：分阶段伤口处理联合全身药物治疗，促进伤口愈合；重塑患者免疫功能，降低感染风险；多模式疼痛护理，提升患者治疗舒适性；分阶段营养支持治疗，改善患者营养状况。经过70 d的精心治疗及护理，患者病情稳定，右下肢伤口基本愈合，未并发全身感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 This case report summarizes the nursing experience of a patient who developed an invasive fusarium infection of the lower limb following heart transplantation. Key nursing interventions included :staged wound management in combination with systemic antifungal therapy to promote wound healing;reshaping the immune function of patients and reducing the risk of infection;multimodal pain care to enhance the treatment comfort of patients;phased nutritional support to enhance nutritional status. After 70 days of intensive treatment and comprehensive nursing care,the patient’s condition stabilized,and the wound on the right lower limb was nearly healed,and no systemic infection occurred.更多还原
