小型猪听觉皮层诱发电位P1-N1-P2波的特性研究
Characteristics of Cortical Auditory Evoked Potential P1-N1-P2 Waveforms in Miniature Pigs
【摘要】 目的 建立小型猪听觉皮层诱发电位(cortical auditory evoked potential,CAEP)检测方法,分析正常听力小型猪P1-N1-P2波形特点。方法 选用正常听力雄性小型猪4头,在麻醉状态下予以短纯音刺激,记录CAEP P1-N1-P2波形,并分析其潜伏期及幅值。结果 4头(8耳)小型猪均记录到CAEP P1-N1-P2波,检出率100%,P1波潜伏期平均为(45.13±14.07)ms,N1波潜伏期平均为(96.00±10.72)ms,P2波潜伏期平均为(135.13±13.95)ms,P1-N1平均幅值(2.21±1.04)μV,N1-P2平均幅值(1.37±0.37)μV。结论 小型猪的CAEP可反映小型猪听皮层功能,P1-N1-P2波与人类相似;小型猪有望作为听皮层功能研究的动物模型。
【Abstract】 Objective To report a method for detection of cortical auditory evoked potential(CAEP) and characteristics of P1-N1-P2 waveforms in miniature pigs. Methods P1-N1-P2 waveforms were recorded in male miniature pigs with normal hearing(n=4) using tone bursts under anesthesia, including P1-N1-P2 latencies and amplitudes. Results P1-N1-P2 waves were detected in all 4(8-ears) animals(100%). The latency was 45.13±14.07 ms for P1,(96.00±10.72) ms for N1, and(135.13±13.95) ms for P2, while the amplitude was(2.21±1.04) μV for P1-N1, and(1.37±0.37) μV for N1-P2. Conclusion P1-N1-P2 waves reflect the auditory cortex function in miniature pigs and are similar to those in humans. Miniature pigs can be an animal model for studying auditory cortex function.
